Izaylea is an independent artist and producer based out of Seattle, Washington. She specializes in songwriting and composing works for Pop and Alternative Pop genres. Her love for music started at a very young age and this passion has continued to follow her into her career as a solo musical artist and producer. She expressed her love of music singing in school choirs, performing solos, and competing in contests from grade school through high school. In her sophomore to senior years of high school, she performed in both the Jazz and Ad Astra choirs, conducted by Brian Hoskins. During her senior year, they traveled to Anaheim, California to compete in a national competition, the Heritage Festival, where they won first place in their division. She was recognized by receiving two senior high achievement awards in choir as well. Post graduation, she furthered her education in music by pursuing a Bachelors in Music Production at The Los Angeles Film School. She has worked successfully on several projects that include; songwriting and recording, post-production audio, mixing and mastering of full songs, and composing instrumentals for film scoring. She is skilled in composing, recording, editing, mixing and mastering audio in DAWs such as; Logic Pro, Ableton Live, and Pro Tools. Her drive, knowledge, and experience in music is extensive and continues to grow into new heights.
